Andy has worked at Frazier since 2016. After serving as a consultant on several successful investments, he joined the Frazier Growth Buyout team as a Center of Excellence Partner, where he has helped build our Human Capital and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs. <br/> <br/>In 2022, Andy took on a broader mandate as the Chief Operating Officer of the Center of Excellence team. In this role, his responsibilities include the recruitment, management, and deployment of the firm’s Center of Excellence Team across our portfolio companies. He continues to shape our ESG program as well as other firm-level initiatives. <br/> <br/>Prior to Frazier, Andy was a Partner at Green Peak, where he helped shape and lead their organizational due diligence practice. Before Green Peak, he was Organization Practice Expert at McKinsey & Company, where he became the first in that practice to win the Marvin Bower Award for Innovation on two separate occasions. <br/> <br/>Andy began his professional career as an Aviation Officer in the US Army, where he served as an attack helicopter platoon leader and company commander, flying over 700 combat flight hours in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and Combat Action Badge, finishing his service by teaching leadership at the United States Military Academy (West Point). <br/> <br/>Andy is an expert in organizational development and talent management. Over his 20-year professional career, Andy has led and advised a myriad of high-growth organizations and is an expert in helping private equity-backed companies scale. In total, he has conducted over 500 talent evaluations, coached over 200 leaders, and assessed over 150 companies across 30+ different private equity firms.

Prior to FHCC, he held various financial positions with United Healthcare and Overland Express. He is a CPA and began his career in public accounting with Peat Marwick. <br/> <br/>Joe currently serves on the Board of AirLife and previously served on the Boards of Parata Systems, PCI, TridentUSA, Pentec Health, Aspen Education Group, Zonare Medical Systems, and Northfield Medical. As a Center of Excellence Partner, Finance & Operations of Frazier Healthcare Partner's Growth Buyout team since 1999, Steve has extensive experience in strategic development, operations, and finance. <br/> <br/>Steve played a major role in the creation of TridentUSA and in its initial acquisitions and supported operations through its sale. He was instrumental in the value creation at previous portfolio companies, Laboratory Supply Company, The CORE Institute, Golden State Medical Supply, and Northfield Medical. Currently, he supports portfolio company Matrix Medical. Earlier, Steve served as the first CEO of Calypso Medical Technologies, where he played a major role in acquiring core technology and recruiting other key members of the management team. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Frazier, Steve was President of Quinton Instrument Company, a medical device company owned at the time by American Home Products. Jeff joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in August 2022 as a Center of Excellence Partner, Finance & Operations. <br/> <br/>Prior to Frazier, Jeff spent 13 years at Centene Corporation, where he held numerous positions and played an instrumental role in raising capital, leading acquisitions, and driving seamless integration of newly acquired companies. In his most recent role as EVP at Health Care Enterprises, Jeff oversaw Centene’s $35 billion pharmacy business, including part D Medicare, dental and vision companies, and company-owned clinics. Before this role, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2016 to 2021, and during his tenure, revenues grew from $20 billion to $125 billion. <br/> <br/>Jeff joined Centene in 2008 as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Centene, he served as the Assistant Controller and then as Chief Accounting Officer of Novelis, Inc. Before Novelis, he held various finance and accounting positions at SPX Corporation and PwC. <br/> <br/>Jeff graduated from the University of Missouri and is a CPA. <br/> <br/>Jeff represents Frazier on the Boards of Matrix Medical Network and Vatica Health. Brad joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in January 2023 and brings 20 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, data and analytics, and finance. Brad supports Matrix Medical Network, United Derm Partners, Elevate PFS, Eptam Precision, and Vatica in the areas of finance, supply chain, and procurement. He has delivered executive reporting solutions, aligned organizations’ leadership team to KPIs and targets to drive budget performance, and completed sourcing events and vendor conversions in 2023 that are on pace to save over $2.0M in OpEx. <br/> <br/>Prior to Frazier, Brad spent almost 10 years with Providence, a $26 billion not-for-profit health system based in Renton, Washington. Here he served in leadership roles in finance and supply chain. Most recently, he was the Group Vice President of Supply Chain Operations and was responsible for distribution, inventory management and logistics, and procure to pay for Providence's entire delivery footprint. During his time at Providence, Brad delivered industry-leading fill rates in the midst of a global pandemic, built an integrated supply chain analytics and reporting platform across several discrepant business systems, and managed a savings program responsible for delivering $500 million in value on a $7 billion annual external spend base over a four year period. At Providence, he also served as the VP of Business Intelligence for Supply Chain, led Strategic Analytics for FP&A, and supported the Cancer Institute and Digestive Health Network as a Director of Finance. <br/> <br/>Before Providence, Brad was an Engagement Manager with Camber Collective, a boutique strategy consulting firm focused on healthcare delivery and global health. Brian joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in June 2023 and brings 16 years of healthcare experience across a variety of roles. <br/> <br/>Prior to Frazier, Brian spent 16 years with DaVita, a $12 billion dialysis provider in the U.S., based out of Denver, CO. During his tenure, Brian spent time in various roles, including Revenue Cycle, FP&A, Operations Strategy, Corporate Finance, and HR Analytics. Over this span, he oversaw a $1 billion operating P&L, managed the enterprise's $900 million CapEx portfolio, led the approval committee for all new clinic builds, implemented multiple tech platforms, and became known within the company as a strong importer/exporter of talent. <br/> <br/>Brian has a BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. <br/> <br/>

Before Fiserv, he was Director of FP&A at Healthcare Solutions, which was acquired by Optum Rx, and had an integral reporting role during the transaction. In addition, he has served in numerous senior executive roles for APP Pharmaceuticals, including as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Business Development Officer. He also held senior positions with Abraxis BioScience and American BioScience. Rick has worked with major financial organizations and independent law firms and has held both legal and financial positions with companies including Merrill Lynch, Deloitte & Touche, and McDonough, Holland & Allen. <br/> <br/>Rick earned his BS in Economics from John Carroll University. He obtained his J.D from Santa Clara University, and his LL.M in Taxation from Boston University. Michael joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in August 2022 as a Center of Excellence Partner, Mergers & Acquisitions. Michael has over 20 years of management consulting and M&A transaction experience. He has worked with a myriad of private and public companies on topics ranging from M&A, divestitures, and strategic transformations. <br/> <br/>Since joining Frazier, Michael has successfully partnered with AirLife, Apollo Intelligence, EPTAM, and Elevate on integration and synergy achievement activities. In addition to his leadership role on add-on acquisitions throughout the portfolio, Michael has also led the 180-Day Value Maximization Programs for Frazier’s most recent platform investments, Vatica Health and RevSpring. <br/> <br/>Throughout his career, Michael has led multiple buy-side and sell-side deals in the healthcare and life sciences sector, including but not limited to, leading the Integration Management Office (IMO) and value creation activities in a merger of two clinical research organizations. He led the integration and synergy capture for a PE-backed platform merger in the medical imaging industry, which resulted in doubling the cost savings estimates in the deal model. He supported the sale and carve-out activities of a Women’s Health business from its “big pharma” parent. More recently, Michael has led due diligence and integration efforts for transactions in healthcare tech (e.g., Outpatient Rehabilitation SaaS, EMR, RCM), medical device manufacturing, and home health services sectors. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Frazier, Michael was a Senior Director in A&M's Private Equity Practice. Prior to Frazier, she was a Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Cerberus Capital Management, a $60 billion multi-strategy investment firm, where she drove commercial growth across companies and during due diligence. <br/> <br/>During her tenure at Cerberus, Nicole delivered $300M in sales for a direct-to-consumer retail company through customer segmentation and omni-channel digital marketing. As a Center of Excellence Partner, Technology & Innovation of Frazier Healthcare Partner's Growth Buyout team since 2015, Anthony has extensive experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT applications, systems and related infrastructure as well as IT governance matters. <br/> <br/>Most recently, Anthony was Director of Applications for TridentUSA, a national provider of laboratory and mobile radiology services. At TridentUSA he leveraged his extensive experience with lab, radiology, and billing systems to create an IT platform that helped drive clinical excellence and facilitated the efficient onboarding of many regional acquisitions. Anthony also served as Vice President for IT at Diagnostic Radiology and Oncology Services, a consultancy providing radiology, oncology, and surgery centers with solutions for strategic planning, business development, operations management, and acquisition due diligence. He assisted large and small healthcare companies with IT architecture, large clinical and billing system implementations, workflow process optimization, and IT governance. <br/> <br/>Before working in the healthcare industry, Anthony led software development projects in telecommunications and worked in the research and development group at The Boeing Company. <br/> <br/>

Reema has experience managing large teams, serving as a project manager on mission-critical initiatives, driving large-scale technology implementations of enterprise applications and data solutions, and leading M&A integrations. <br/> <br/>Before joining Frazier, Reema was the Director of IT Operations at SOCTelemed (SOC), a national provider of acute telemedicine technology to hospitals and health systems. At SOC, she leveraged her experience to expand the organization’s services implementation program and executed project plans to integrate enterprise applications and create network redundancy, in support of long-term sustainable Operation SLAs. <br/> <br/>Before joining SOC, she spent six years with DrFirst, a national provider of e-prescribing and medication management solutions, developing and executing on integration projects, business development strategies, and enterprise-wide initiatives with EMR partners including, GE Centricity, McKesson, Siemens, UNI/CARE, gMed and HealthPort. With Over 20 years of IT experience, Adam has led technology and data initiatives focusing on architecture, delivery, and cost optimization. <br/> <br/>Before coming to Frazier, Adam was a Senior Director of Data Engineering at Mercury Healthcare/WebMD Provider Services, where he led teams of engineers building data-driven products to enable health systems to better engage with patients, prospective patients, and physicians. Operating fully in cloud architecture, Adam helped lead efforts to measure and align cloud-based infrastructure and vendor costs. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Mercury, Adam was a Director of Software Engineering at Optum/UnitedHealth Group and led efforts to build both operational and analytical data capabilities for a $50 billion contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs. This platform integrated provider, enrollment, referral, and claims data across medical, dental, and Rx to enable provider directory services, operational reporting, and fraud, waste, and abuse detection. <br/> <br/>Before Optum, Adam helped lead the data warehousing efforts at Kroll Ontrack, a pioneering provider of e-discovery services. While at Kroll Ontrack, Adam led transformative efforts to leverage big data technologies and was also involved in consultative engagements directly with clients providing data-driven analysis on sensitive matters. <br/> <br/>Adam graduated with a degree from the University of Minnesota, Duluth with a BS in computer science, summa cum laude, and a BBA in management. Harish joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2021 and brings over 20 years of experience in both medium and large global public companies with expertise in the areas of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), regulatory compliance, and information security. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Frazier, Harish served in executive and leadership roles, including as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and senior leader of global risk management and regulatory compliance for a public multinational company. There he developed and led the company’s ERM program, matured the company’s risk and compliance postures, and successfully developed a global HIPAA compliance program from the ground up. Harish additionally helped perform due diligence on the company’s healthcare acquisitions. More recently, Harish led an enterprise-wide IT regulatory compliance, audit, and risk management function at a $1 billion home-healthcare company and guided strategic risk decisions during its transition from a Blackstone private equity-owned company to public. <br/> <br/>Earlier in his career, Harish led risk, audit, and regulatory compliance engagements at various Fortune 500 companies while with Big Four accounting firm KPMG and global management consulting firm Protiviti. <br/>

Ken joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in August 2021 as a Center of Excellence Partner, Data & Artificial Intelligence on the Growth Buyout team. <br/> <br/>Ken is an executive leader in the life sciences information services space, bringing nearly 20 years of extensive experience building and scaling growth-oriented product, operations, and technology teams. He is experienced in leading global teams through transformational change, building market leading data and analytics solutions, scaling technology, and AI-enabled operations. <br/> <br/>Before joining Frazier, Ken served as SVP and GM of Data, Analytics, and Insights at Clarivate. In this role Ken was responsible for global leadership of Clarivate Science Groups analytics business unit. Prior to this role, Ken served in various roles over an 18-year career at Decision Resources Group (DRG) including Chief Strategy and Execution Officer, EVP Operational Excellence, EVP Product Delivery, Head of Research and Operations, and Medtech COO. <br/> <br/>Ken received his BAS, Engineering Science from the University of Toronto. <br/> <br/>

Sanji joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in May 2024, as a Center of Excellence Parter of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. <br/>Prior to Frazier, as Senior Vice President of AI Products and Platforms at Optum, Sanji spearheaded the development of next generation AI to transform healthcare. He launched United AI Studio, a unified platform enabling rapid experimentation and deployment of advanced Machine Learning models across UHC and Optum. The United AI Studio provides access to cutting-edge capabilities like Generative AI while ensuring rigorous monitoring of model performance and bias. <br/> <br/>Previously, Sanji pioneered the application of Machine Learning, specifically Deep Learning neural networks, for risk adjustment, automating the identification of hierarchical condition codes from medical charts. This innovation drove efficiencies and positioned UnitedHealth as an AI leader in healthcare administration. <br/> <br/>Sanji also founded OptumLabs' Center for Applied Data Science (CADS), delivering innovative AI <br/>solutions to complex healthcare challenges. With his proven track record of leveraging AI to create enterprise value, Sanji was key in positioning UnitedHealth at the forefront of healthcare's digital transformation. His leadership and technical acumen make him a strategic driver of transformative innovation for the organization. <br/> <br/>Sanji obtained his BS in Computer Science from Trinity College, in Hartford.

Jin joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in November 2021 and brings over 10 years of experience in data science and analytics, with a focus on healthcare in the payer and provider business. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Frazier, Jin was a Director of Data Science at Healthgrades, one of the first comprehensive physician rating and comparison tools made available to consumers. Jin focused on the build and implementation of analytical models around provide network management that feed into Healthgrades’ Provider Relationship Management product. <br/> <br/>Before joining Healthgrades, she worked for Verizon as a Principal Data Scientist where she worked with the call center analytics team to help drive customer satisfaction and minimize operational costs to the business through predictive analytics. <br/> <br/>Prior to Verizon, Jin worked as a Data Scientist at Capital BlueCross where she completed clinical management program evaluations, provided analytics support for Accountable Care Arrangements, and developed algorithms around risk adjustment and population health to support client facing platforms. <br/> <br/>Jin earned a BS in Mathematics from Bucknell University and an MS in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. <br/>

Oran joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in December 2022 and has 18 years of experience in data science and healthcare analytics. <br/> <br/>Oran's first introduction to healthcare informatics was at Epic, where he spent two years in the trenches on the HL7 interface team and got an in-depth look at nearly every kind of medical data: EHR, claims, labs, orders, prescriptions, dispensing, and medical imaging. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Frazier, Oran wore many hats at Healthgrades, Inc., including Director of Software Development, Senior Software Architect, and Senior Data Scientist. Additionally, Tanya’s expertise in talent management including executive coaching, retention and succession planning builds essential leadership capabilities, culture, engagement and performance across the firm and portfolio. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Frazier, Tanya founded her own talent development consulting firm while serving as the interim Chief People Officer for Matrix Medical Network, a Frazier portfolio company. <br/> <br/>Tanya has over 20 years of global HR management and process improvement experience in healthcare, technology, and consumer packaged goods. She has a unique cross-functional experience blending general business management and human capital leadership. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Frazier, Caitlin served on the management team at Bridgewater Associates for nearly two decades as the business grew from a founder-led boutique (100 people, $10 billion AUM) to an institution (1500 people / $150 billion AUM). Since then, she has consulted and operated as a Human Capital leader in several high-growth finance and technology companies. She brings deep expertise across the talent lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, L&D, Performance Management, DEI, and HR operations. <br/> <br/>She graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Sociology and Psychology and was Captain of the Women’s Soccer team. She resides in Westport, CT with her husband and two young children. <br/>

Katelyn brings 10+ years of broad human capital consulting experience across healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing industries. She supports the portfolio across pre-investment due diligence and execution of post-acquisition value creation plans. In addition to her Human Capital responsibilities, Katelyn program manages our ESG program including our reporting to EDCI, UN PRI, and co-development of Frazier’s Annual ESG Report. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Frazier, Katelyn was Vice President of the Human Resources Practice at Cerberus Capital Management, a multi-strategy investment firm in New York, where she worked on portfolio talent initiatives and human capital due diligence. Prior to Cerberus, Katelyn worked in management consulting for Ernst & Young, LLP, in their People Advisory Practice. Katelyn started her career at The Hartford Insurance Company, in a highly competitive HR Leadership Development Program. <br/> <br/>Katelyn received her BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven. <br/>

Emily joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in January 2023 as Vice President, Human Capital. On the Growth Buyout team, she supports pre-investment organizational due diligence and post-acquisition human capital initiatives with a focus on Executive in Residence, Senior Advisor, and portfolio executive recruitment. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Frazier, Emily served as CEO at Elevation Search Solutions, where she spent over 5 years leading talent acquisition initiatives for high-growth companies across the nation. During this time, she executed successful searches across the Frazier Center of Excellence team and Frazier portfolio companies including Caravel Autism Health, CSafe Global, Effective School Solutions, Leiters, and Adare Pharma Solutions. <br/> <br/>Emily received her BA in Sociology and Art from Furman University. <br/> <br/>Emily is an active member of the Nashville Health Care Council, a premier association of healthcare industry leaders. She also serves as President on the YP Board at The Next Door Recovery, a nonprofit organization providing evidence-based substance abuse and mental health care services to women. <br/> <br/>Emily received her BA in Sociology and Art from Furman University. <br/>
