Nader joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 1991 and has served on the firm’s Management Committee, Investment Committee, and led its Growth Buyout practice since 1995. Under his leadership, the Growth Buyout team has scaled from an initial team of four to over sixty and raised over $5 billion AUM from institutional limited partners globally. <br/> <br/>During his over three-decade tenure with the firm, he has been responsible for and served on the Boards of numerous successful investments including Aspen Education Group, CHG Healthcare, Priority Solutions International, Bravo Health, Laboratory Supply Company, Pentec Health, Solis Mammography, DSI Renal, Northfield Medical, and United Digestive. A cardiologist by training, Nathan has been with Frazier Healthcare Partners since 1999. In her role as a senior member of the investment team, she was involved with all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing investment opportunities across a broad array of industries, performing due diligence, structuring transactions, and serving on the Board of several portfolio companies. <br/> <br/>Before joining NEP in 2009, Christina worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Craig-Hallum Capital Group, where she executed over 20 transactions during her 30-month tenure. Before Craig-Hallum, Christina worked for LaSalle Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst, where she developed and maintained lending relationships with senior management of middle-market companies throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. <br/> <br/>Christina is active in her community with several professional organizations, as well as speaking on panels and as a guest lecturer at the University of Minnesota and Harvard University. <br/> <br/>Christina holds a BSB in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

At Kohlberg, he was responsible for the origination, evaluation, and management of investments across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, business services, and financial services. <br/> <br/>Previously, Ryan worked for JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the investment banking division in New York, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital offerings for financial institution clients. He was also a member of the investment team for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury in Washington, DC. <br/> <br/>Ryan serves on the Executive Leadership Team of the Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s. <br/> <br/>Ryan earned his BS from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Management, magna cum laude.

Previously, she worked for Morgan Stanley in Sao Paulo. In recent years, Clarissa also had a brief passage working at Goldman Sachs and Francisco Partners. <br/> <br/>Clarissa currently serves on the HCPEA Young Leaders Council. <br/> <br/>Clarissa received her BA from FAAP and her MBA and Master’s in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.

Andy has worked at Frazier since 2016. After serving as a consultant on several successful investments, he joined the Frazier Growth Buyout team as a Center of Excellence Partner, where he has helped build our Human Capital and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs. In 2022, Andy took on a broader mandate as the Chief Operating Officer of the Center of Excellence team. In this role, his responsibilities include the recruitment, management, and deployment of the firm’s Center of Excellence Team across our portfolio companies. He continues to shape our ESG program as well as other firm-level initiatives. <br/> <br/>Andy is an expert in organizational development and talent management. Over his 20-year professional career, Andy has led and advised a myriad of high-growth organizations and is an expert in helping private equity-backed companies scale. In total, he has conducted over 500 talent evaluations, coached over 200 leaders, and assessed over 150 companies across 30+ different private equity firms. <br/> <br/>Prior to Frazier, Andy was a Partner at Green Peak, where he helped shape and lead their organizational due diligence practice. Before Green Peak, he was Organization Practice Expert at McKinsey & Company, where he became the first in that practice to win the Marvin Bower Award for Innovation on two separate occasions. <br/> <br/>Andy began his professional career as an Aviation Officer in the U.S. Army, where he served as an attack helicopter platoon leader and company commander, flying over 700 combat flight hours in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and Combat Action Badge, finishing his service by teaching leadership at the United States Military Academy (West Point).

Prior to FHCC, he held various financial positions with United Healthcare and Overland Express. He is a CPA and began his career in public accounting with Peat Marwick. <br/> <br/>Additionally, Joe has served on numerous public Boards, including those of Mentor Corporation, Solexa, Luminent, Omnicell, InfuSystems, Cutera, and Analogic. He currently serves on the Boards of Accuray.

As a Center of Excellence Partner, Finance & Operations of Frazier Healthcare Partner's Growth Buyout team since 1999, Steve has extensive experience in strategic development, operations, and finance. <br/> <br/>Steve played a major role in the creation of TridentUSA and in its initial acquisitions and supported operations through its sale. He was instrumental in the value creation at previous portfolio companies, Laboratory Supply Company, The CORE Institute, Golden State Medical Supply, and Northfield Medical. Currently, he supports portfolio company Matrix Medical. Earlier, Steve served as the first CEO of Calypso Medical Technologies, where he played a major role in acquiring core technology and recruiting other key members of the management team. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Frazier, Steve was President of Quinton Instrument Company, a medical device company owned at the time by American Home Products. Prior to joining Quinton, he spent four years with Arthur Young & Company. He also served as CEO at Neah Power Systems.

Brad joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in January 2023 and brings 20 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, data and analytics, and finance. Brad supports Matrix Medical Network, United Derm Partners, Elevate Patient Financial Solutions, EPTAM Precision, and Vatica Health in the areas of finance, supply chain, and procurement. He has delivered executive reporting solutions, aligned organizations’ leadership team to KPIs and targets to drive budget performance, and completed sourcing events and vendor conversions in 2023 that are on pace to save over $2.0M in OpEx. <br/> <br/>Prior to Frazier, Brad spent almost 10 years with Providence, a $26 billion not-for-profit health system based in Renton, Washington. Here, he served in leadership roles in finance and supply chain. Most recently, he was the Group Vice President of Supply Chain Operations and was responsible for distribution, inventory management and logistics, and procure to pay for Providence's entire delivery footprint. During his time at Providence, Brad delivered industry-leading fill rates in the midst of a global pandemic, built an integrated supply chain analytics and reporting platform across several discrepant business systems, and managed a savings program responsible for delivering $500 million in value on a $7 billion annual external spend base over a four-year period. At Providence, he also served as the VP of Business Intelligence for Supply Chain, led Strategic Analytics for FP&A, and supported the Cancer Institute and Digestive Health Network as a Director of Finance. <br/> <br/>Before Providence, Brad was an Engagement Manager with Camber Collective, a boutique strategy consulting firm focused on healthcare delivery and global health. Brad began his career with Deloitte Consulting and spent six years supporting clients across the healthcare industry. <br/> <br/>Brad has a BA in Chemistry from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Brian joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in June 2023 and brings 16 years of healthcare experience across a variety of roles. <br/> <br/>Prior to Frazier, Brian spent 16 years with DaVita, a $12 billion dialysis provider in the U.S., based out of Denver, CO. During his tenure, Brian spent time in various roles, including Revenue Cycle, FP&A, Operations Strategy, Corporate Finance, and HR Analytics. Over this span, he oversaw a $1 billion operating P&L, managed the enterprise's $900 million CapEx portfolio, led the approval committee for all new clinic builds, implemented multiple tech platforms, and became known within the company as a strong importer/exporter of talent. <br/> <br/>Brian has a BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. <br/>

He developed the thesis for Abode alongside then-Frazier Executive in Residence Mike McMaude, as a Principal at Frazier and joined Abode as CFO full-time upon Frazier’s investment in 2012. <br/> <br/>Over the course of his tenure at Abode, in addition to his role as CFO, David had oversight of nearly all operations of the company and was integrally involved in the structuring, negotiation, diligence and decision making on all strategic acquisitions. He represents Frazier on the Board of Adare Pharma Solutions and Chairman of the Board at CSafe. <br/> <br/>Bill returned to Frazier as a repeat Executive in Residence after serving seven years as President and CEO of PCI Pharma Services, a Frazier portfolio company. He originally joined Frazier in 2012 as part of the PCI diligence team, and after successfully closing the acquisition, he led PCI until mid-2019, including shepherding the company through the purchase by the Partners Group for $1.1 billion in 2016. This was Bill’s second time in a leadership role at PCI, having served as President of the PCI unit from 1996 to 2006, when it was owned by Cardinal Health. Between stints at PCI, he served as CEO of Clondalkin Group’s North American pharma packaging operations.

Alan founded Frazier Healthcare Partners in 1991 and has led the firm in raising 11 institutional funds and managing nearly $4.2 billion in assets. During his 27 years as Managing Partner and Chairman, he has worked with entrepreneurs to build many leading healthcare companies, including Array BioPharma, Tularik, Rigel, CV Therapeutics, VIVUS, Corixa, Cadence Pharmaceuticals, TridentUSA, PCI, Abode Healthcare, and Orthotic Holdings. <br/> <br/>Prior to founding Frazier, he was integrally involved in growing several successful healthcare companies into national prominence. Alan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Immunex Corporation, an early biotechnology company that discovered and developed the blockbuster drug Enbrel to treat rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune disorders. Later, he served as the Senior Financial Advisor and Chief Financial Officer of Affymax and worked on the spin-out of Affymetrix. Before Immunex, he was head of the Emerging Business Practice and co-head of the Technology Practice for the Seattle office of Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young). <br/> <br/>Alan also previously served on the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center Board as well as the UW Medicine Board and UW Medicine Strategic Initiatives Committee, both affiliated with the University of Washington School of Medicine. <br/>
