He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and Combat Action Badge, finishing his service by teaching leadership at the United States Military Academy (West Point). <br/> <br/>Andy is an expert in organizational development and talent management. He originally joined Frazier in 2012 as part of the PCI diligence team, and after successfully closing the acquisition, he led PCI until mid-2019, including shepherding the company through the purchase by the Partners Group for $1.1 billion in 2016. This was Bill’s second time in a leadership role at PCI, having served as President of the PCI unit from 1996 to 2006, when it was owned by Cardinal Health. Between stints at PCI, he served as CEO of Clondalkin Group’s North American pharma packaging operations. <br/> <br/>
