Zaneta Odrowaz, Ph.D.

Vice President of Company Creation

Zaneta is a Vice President of Company Creation on the Life Sciences team.

Zaneta joined the Frazier Life Sciences team in 2022, where she focuses on company creation.

Prior to joining Frazier, Zaneta served as Senior Director of Corporate Development at Frazier portfolio company Amunix Pharmaceuticals, a company developing conditionally active immune-oncology therapeutics. In that context, she played a key role in the acquisition of Amunix by Sanofi.

Before joining Amunix, Zaneta was the Chief of Staff to the General Manager of Philips Neuro, where she led the strategy and business development functions for the business unit. Prior to her role at Philips Neuro, she was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where she served biopharmaceutical and PE clients on strategy, M&A, and venture projects.

Zaneta received her Ph.D. in Gene Expression from The University of Manchester, UK, where she was a Wellcome Trust fellow. She also holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Jagiellonian University in Poland, and has completed a postdoctoral fellowship in neuroepigenomics as a Walter V. and Idun Berry fellow at Stanford University.
