Laura Byerly

Laura joined the Frazier Life Sciences team as Director of Human Resources in 2022. She has expertise in organizational health, leadership development, employee fulfillment, culture building, and change management. Laura is passionate about helping employees thrive and become more resilient in the changing world of work. She has over eighteen years of experience in finance and HR roles within the biotech/pharma industry, working with start-ups and global enterprises, as well as navigating M&A and strategic partnerships.

Laura holds an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, a B.A. from UCLA, and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRca).
