Kent Berkley

Partner

Kent joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2016 and is currently a Partner on the Growth Buyout investment team. He serves on the Boards of Caravel Autism Health, Effective School Solutions, and Matrix Medical Network. In addition, Kent has previously been involved with multiple exited investments, including Parata Systems and Abode Healthcare.

Before coming to Frazier, Kent spent four years with The Edgewater Funds, where he focused on leveraged buyout and growth equity investments in the healthcare, industrial, and business services industries. Prior to joining Edgewater, Kent was an Associate with CIVC Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on the business services and financial services industries. Previously, he worked for Dresner Partners, a middlemarket investment banking firm in Chicago, and for Lehman Brothers in the investment banking division in New York.

Kent holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
