As a Center of Excellence Partner, Information Technology of Frazier Healthcare Partner's Growth Buyout team since 2018, Karim counsels leading healthcare organizations on IT and operations strategy and governance matters. He has deep expertise in the modernization of complex IT applications and systems, optimization of business analytics platforms and re-engineering of business processes to drive efficiency and scale.

Prior to joining Frazier, Karim served as Partner and COO at RevCult, a San Diego-based software development and technology consulting firm, delivering business applications on the Salesforce.com platform. He also served as COO at Vericare, a venture-backed behavioral health services organization, leading multi-site and multi-disciplinary clinical operations and overseeing a wide-ranging set of functions including, clinical operations, information technology, IT research and development, business development and revenue cycle management. Before working with Vericare, Karim served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at SYMED Behavioral Health, a regional provider of behavioral health and medication management services in long-term care.
