Joe Whitters

Executive Partner

Mr. Whitters joined Frazier’s Growth Buyout team in 2005 as an Executive Partner and has a deep understanding of finance and governance issues at rapidly growing healthcare services companies.

Mr. Whitters represents Frazier Healthcare Partners on the boards of Northfield (formerly Prezio Health), Orthotic Holdings, Inc, and TCGRx. He previously served on the boards of Packaging Coordinators, Inc. (acquired by The Partners Group), TridentUSA Health (acquired by Formation Capital), Pentec Health (acquired by Norwest Equity Partners), Aspen Education Group (acquired by Bain Capital) and Zonare Medical Systems (acquired by Mindray).

Before Frazier, Mr. Whitters held various finance positions of increasing responsibility at First Health (FHCC), a managed care organization he helped take public as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to FHCC, he held various financial positions with United Healthcare and Overland Express. He is a CPA and began his career in public accounting with Peat Marwick.

Additionally, Mr. Whitters has served on numerous public boards including those of Mentor Corporation, Solexa, Luminent and Omnicell. He currently serves on the board of InfuSystems (NYSE: INFU), PRGX Global (NASDAQ: PRGX), and Analogic (NASDAQ: ALOG).
