Jin On

Jin joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in November 2021 and brings over 10 years of experience in data science and analytics, with a focus on healthcare in the payer and provider business.

Prior to joining Frazier, Jin was a Director of Data Science at Healthgrades, one of the first comprehensive physician rating and comparison tools made available to consumers. Jin focused on the build and implementation of analytical models around provider network management that feed into Healthgrades’ Provider Relationship Management product.

Before joining Healthgrades, she worked for Verizon as a Principal Data Scientist where she worked with the call center analytics team to help drive customer satisfaction and minimize operational costs to the business through predictive analytics.

Prior to Verizon, Jin worked as a Data Scientist at Capital BlueCross where she completed clinical management program evaluations, provided analytics support for Accountable Care Arrangements, and developed algorithms around risk adjustment and population health to support client facing platforms.

Jin earned a BS in Mathematics from Bucknell University and an MS in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
