James D'Onofrio

James joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in July 2022 as a Senior Associate on the Growth Buyout team. He is involved with several of Frazier’s portfolio companies, including CSafe, EPTAM Precision, and Vatica Health.

Prior to joining Frazier, James was an Associate at Atlantic Street Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm, in New York. At Atlantic Street, he was responsible for evaluation, execution, and management of buyout and growth equity investments across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, business services, and multisite retail.

Previously, James was an Investment Banking Associate at Cain Brothers & Company, where he advised a variety of middle-market healthcare companies on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, and other financial advisory services. Before Cain Brothers, James held positions at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company and VMG Health, where he provided transaction advisory and valuation services to healthcare companies.

James graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Finance.
