Craig Goguen

Craig joined Frazier Healthcare Partners as a Senior Advisor in October 2022 and brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare services. In January 2023, Craig transitioned to an Executive in Residence on the Growth Buyout team. He also serves on the board of Caravel Autism Health, a Frazier portfolio company.

Craig previously served as CEO and Executive Chairman for Emerus, a Welsh Carson Anderson and Stowe portfolio company and the largest provider of neighborhood hospitals in partnership with leading healthcare systems across the country. He will continue to serve on the board.

Prior to Emerus, he was a Co-Founder and CEO of DSI Renal, a Frazier portfolio company, which merged with US Renal Care. Before DSI Renal, he served as COO of Odyssey Healthcare, then the largest publicly-traded hospice service provider until it was sold to Gentiva Healthcare. Prior to Odyssey, he served as Division Vice President for DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services.
