Clarissa Berman

Clarissa joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2019. She is involved with several of Frazier’s portfolio companies, including SunMed, EPTAM Precision, and Effective School Solutions. She has also previously been involved with Elevate Patient Financial Solutions, Alteon Health, and AppianRx. Clarissa currently serves on the HCPEA Young Leaders Council.

Prior to Frazier, she worked at McKinsey and Company, focused on the corporate finance and strategy practice in the technology sector, and spent three years with Bauscher Brasil, a start-up she co-founded.

Before founding Bauscher, Clarissa was a Vice President at Credit Suisse, focused on healthcare and educational services industries. Previously, she worked for Morgan Stanley in Sao Paulo. In recent years, Clarissa also had a brief passage working at Goldman Sachs and Francisco Partners.

Clarissa received her BA from FAAP and her MBA and Masters in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
