Clarissa joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2019. She is involved with several of Frazier’s portfolio companies including Alteon Health, AppianRx, EPTAM, MedData, SunMed, and Vein Clinics of America (VCA).
Before coming to Frazier, she worked at McKinsey and Company, focused on the corporate finance and strategy practice in the technology sector, and spent three years with Bauscher Brasil, a start-up she co-founded.
Prior to founding Bauscher, Clarissa was a Vice President at Credit Suisse, focused on healthcare and educational services industries. Previously, she worked for Morgan Stanley in Sao Paulo.
In recent years, Clarissa also had a brief passage working at Goldman Sachs and Francisco Partners.
Clarissa received her B.A. from FAAP and her M.B.A. and Masters in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
