Mr. Naini joined Frazier Healthcare shortly after inception in 1991. Since 1995, he has been a general partner, served on the firm's management committee, and led the firm's Growth Equity investment practice.

Mr. Naini has been responsible for the successful exits of growth equity investments totaling over $1 billion of equity value for the firm. Specifically, Mr. Naini was chairman of the board of Aspen Education Group which was acquired by Bain Capital in 2006. He also served on the boards of CHG Healthcare Services which was acquired by JW Childs in 2006, Priority Solutions International which was acquired by Thermo Fisher (NYSE: TMO) in 2007 and Bravo Health which was acquired by HealthSpring (NYSE: HS) in 2010. Currently, Mr. Naini serves on the boards of Laboratory Supply Company, Prezio Health (formerly OnSite Services, Inc.), Pentec Health, Elements Behavioral Health, DSI Renal and ZONARE Medical Systems.

Prior to joining Frazier Healthcare, Mr. Naini was with Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York. Mr. Naini received his M.B.A. from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.A. in Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
