Mr. Naini joined Frazier Healthcare shortly after inception in 1991. Since 1995, he has been a General Partner, served on the firm's management committee and led the firm's growth equity investment practice while selectively investing in late stage biopharma and medical device companies.

In 2006 and 2007, Mr. Naini was responsible for the successful exits of growth equity investments totaling over $800 million of equity value for the firm. Specifically, Mr. Naini was chairman of the board of Aspen Education Group (www.aspeneducation.com) which was acquired by Bain Capital in late 2006. He also served on the board of CHG Healthcare Services which was acquired by JW Childs in late 2006 and on the board of Priority Solutions International which was acquired by Thermo Fisher (NYSE: TMO) in late 2007. Currently, Mr. Naini serves on the boards of Bravo Health, Pentec Health, Elements Behavioral Health, and ZONARE Medical Systems.

Prior to joining Frazier Healthcare, Mr. Naini was with Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York. Mr. Naini received his M.B.A. from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.A. in molecular biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
