Mark brings valuable knowledge of healthcare supply chains and distribution channels to Frazier’s Growth Buyout team and its portfolio companies.
Mark joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2008. He has a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, healthcare supply, and chain drug store businesses. He has extensive experience in business restructuring, with mergers and acquisitions, and in managing governmental oversight. He is CEO of TridentUSA Health Services (acquired by Formation Capital) and on the board of Silvergate Pharmaceuticals. Both are Frazier portfolio companies.
Prior to Frazier, Mark was CEO of Healthcare Supply Chain Services, which had $85 billion in revenues and $1.3 billion in net earnings. While at Cardinal, he transformed the business model – from generating margin through speculative inventory purchases to fee-for-services. Prior to joining Cardinal, Mark had various assignments in companies such as diverse as General Medical Corp., Bergen Brunswig, Proctor & Gamble, and Campbell Soup.
Mark is currently President of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers. He also sits on the boards of two public companies. At Mylan, he chairs the Compliance Committee and sits on the Finance Committee; at Omnicell, he is a member of the Governance Committee.
