David Kosloff joined Frazier Healthcare in 2006 as a Vice President and became a Principal in 2009. At Frazier Healthcare, he is a member of the growth equity team and focuses on recapitalizations, management buyouts and expansion-stage equity investments in cash generating businesses. Mr. Kosloff serves on the board of Elements Behavioral Health.

Prior to Frazier, Mr. Kosloff was a Vice President at Trident Capital, a leading private equity firm with over $1.5 billion under management. At Trident, Mr. Kosloff was responsible for the origination, evaluation and management of investments in privately-held outsourcing and services businesses. Mr. Kosloff began his private equity career in 1999 as an Associate with Spectrum Equity Investors. Prior to Spectrum he was a Financial Analyst in the investment banking group of Alex. Brown & Sons. He holds a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Kosloff is a member of Board of Trustees of the Puget Sound Blood Center.
