Dan Grigorescu joined Frazier Healthcare in 2010 as an Associate and became a Senior Associate in 2012. Mr. Grigorescu is a member of the Growth Equity team and focuses on expansion-stage equity investments, recapitalizations and management buyouts

Prior to joining Frazier Healthcare, Mr. Grigorescu was a member of the Barclays Capital Menlo Park and New York healthcare investment banking groups, where he worked with both emerging private and public companies on their corporate finance, M&A and strategic advisory needs. Prior to Barclays Capital, Mr. Grigorescu was a member of the Bear Stearns New York healthcare investment banking group focusing on healthcare services and generic pharmaceuticals. Mr. Grigorescu began his career in the mergers and acquisitions group at Sagent Advisors.

Mr. Grigorescu graduated from the Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business in 2007 with a B.S.B.A. with Highest Honors in Finance.
