Peter joined Frazier Healthcare Ventures in 2008 as an Analyst assisting with the review of biopharma and medical device investment opportunities. He was promoted to Associate at the beginning of 2010 and continues to assist with the review of new investment opportunities as well as assist current portfolio companies with financing and exit strategies.

Prior to joining Frazier Healthcare, Mr. Colabuono was a member of the Morgan Stanley healthcare investment banking group in Menlo Park, where he worked with both emerging private and public companies on their corporate finance, M&A and strategic advisory needs.

Peter graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA with Honors in Molecular Biology/Biochemistry, subsequent to which he spent a year in Kosovo on a Lombard fellowship volunteering and conducting research on local governance and post-conflict healthcare systems.
