Mr. Zollars assists the Growth Buyout team at Frazier in identifying, evaluating, acquiring, and advising healthcare services companies. He has experience in medical products, healthcare services and information technology.
Mr. Zollars has been leading healthcare and technology businesses for the past 30 years. He joined Frazier Healthcare Partners as an Operating Partner in 2015 and served on the board of Leiter’s Compounding Pharmacy, a Frazier portfolio company from 2015-2017. He now represents Frazier on the board of TCGRX, a new Frazier portfolio company in the pharmacy packaging and automation space.
Most recently, Mr. Zollars was Chairman and CEO of Vocera. Before this, he served as CEO of Wound Care Solutions, an operator of outsourced chronic wound care centers. Earlier, he was Chairman and CEO of Neoforma, a healthcare technology company, and Executive Vice President and Group President of Cardinal Health. He has also been Division President of four different operating units at Baxter International. Prior to that, he served in various capacities at American Hospital Supply Corporation.
Mr. Zollars continues to serve as the Chairman of Vocera. In addition, he serves on the board of VWR International, a global laboratory supply company, Five9, a cloud-based software company and Kate Farms, a plant based nutrition company headquartered in Santa Barbara. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Trustees of Arizona State University.
