Mr. Bailey joined Frazier Healthcare in June 2003 as Director of Finance, became Vice President - Finance in 2005 and Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Mr. Bailey has almost 25 years of tax, accounting and financial experience. Prior to joining Frazier Healthcare, Mr. Bailey was the Vice President of Finance at LapLink Inc. Prior to LapLink, Mr. Bailey held finance and corporate development positions with Elixis Corporations and its successor, Data Critical Corporation. He was also previously a Senior Manager in the tax department at Ernst & Young LLP in Seattle. Mr. Bailey manages the firm's accounting, treasury and finance operations. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University and a Masters in Tax from Portland State University.
