- Seasoned management team: Team members who have significant industry experience and track records of successfully building value.
- Significant emerging trend: Services that take advantage of or address the major trends in the payment environment and the delivery of service to patients.
- Scalability: The ability to scale quickly through organic growth and consolidation.
- Critical mass: Greater than $20 million in sales and a compelling plan for continued growth.
- Cash flow: Break-even to cash flow positive.
